This page is dedicated to helping parent's of children suffering with bipolar disorders. There is very little information out there for people who have small children with this disorder. Bipolar disorders have generally been considered an adult disorder with the onset usually in the late teens. New research has found that young children have been suffering from this disorder and been labled, ADD/ADHD/ or ODD (oppositional defiant disorder) or just plain a bad kid. These children have been ignored for so long and then when they get older and get into so much trouble that people can no longer ignore them they finally figure out what is wrong with them. The problem with this is when you wait until a child is in his teens to intervene it usually is to late. If we can catch this disorder early we have a better chance of helping these children and keeping them from turning bad. Maybe we can keep these children off the evening news and out the the news papers for the violent crimes they commit when no one helps them. I could be wrong but I suspect that many of the teens that are in trouble with the Law or are hooked on drugs could have been saved a life time of angius if someone had caught the problem earlier in their life. I believe that to get through this life you must have a strong faith in God. He is the only way to heaven!!! I believe in a literal heaven and hell. If you do not ask God to forgive you of your sins and save you, you will die and go to Hell. I also believe that there is only one God and one way to heaven and that you cannot get there by any good works! Man can not work his way to heaven, only by total repentance of sins and faith in God will you get there. I am not one of these people who believes that if you are suffering from any kind of mental illness that it is due to a lack of faith in GOD. The brain is an organ just like any other organ in the body. If a person is depressed or suffering from any type of mental illness many times it is due to a chemical imbalance. Do I believe that God can cure Mental Illness? Yes of course I do. But that doesn't mean he will. I wear glasses, I believe that God can cure my poor eyesite but I am not going to go around bumping into walls untill he does. He may choose to have me like this and he has a reason for it. I believe he can cure my daughter of her disorder but if he chooses not to I will still seek professional help to manage her disorder so that she can lead a happy healty life. This website will contain many sites that will show you how to get to heaven. It will also show you how to lead a christian life. It is important to lead a Godly life as best we can. | RSD Information |
I have another concern that is close to my heart. RSD (reflex sympathic distropy) is a painful disease that very little is know about. It attacks the nerves in your body and causes a great deal of pain. Thre is no cure for this and not much in the way of treat- ment either. My hope is that I can be of some help in finding a cure for this terrible ailment or at least gain some more awareness of it so further research can be done. | ||||||||||||||||
